Do I need to register before I can shop online?
No you do not have to register, you have the option to check out as a guest without registering.But Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discounts and special offers
Is it safe to shop online?
Shopping on our website is very secure as we use PayPal to process all online payments.
I am having difficulty placing my order?

How much does shipping cost?
Our Flat Rate delivery charge on all UK mainland orders is £4. International orders to Europe will be charged £9.00 and the Rest Of The World £13.00.
Do you ship outside the UK?

Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and can be tracked at www.royalmail.com
What payments do you accept?
All payments are processed with PayPal so we do not store or handle your card details.
How do I return my order?

How long till I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned order, we will issue a refund within 2 working days to the original payment method.
